Shipping Policy
At Kolamar, complimentary shipping with full tracking protection is included on all orders — no purchase minimum applies.
Processing Your Order
Your order will be prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email right away when you place your order.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your package leaves our facility, expect delivery within 4–14 business days depending on where you are located. Checkout provides estimated delivery windows, which are approximate and subject to change.
Package Tracking
We'll send you tracking information via email when your order ships. The tracking system may take 2–3 business days after shipment to display initial movement data.
Modifying Orders and Delivery Addresses
To update your shipping address or cancel an order, reach out to contact@kolamar.com right away. Most modifications are possible before we ship your order, but cannot be processed afterward.
Address Errors
We cannot be held liable for delivery failures or packages that go missing due to inaccurate or incomplete address details provided at checkout. Should a package be returned to us because of an address problem, we will reach out to arrange a new shipment.
Shipments Not Arriving on Time
When tracking shows no activity for 7 business days or longer, please get in touch so we can file a formal claim with the shipping carrier.
Items That Arrive Damaged or Missing
Report damaged or lost items to us without delay at contact@kolamar.com, including your order number and photos of the damage if applicable. We'll send you a replacement or process a full refund.
